The swearing-in ceremony and general body meeting of the new president, secretary, treasurer and administrators were held on behalf of the Tamil Nadu Goal Shot Ball Association at the assembly hall of Indira Ganesan College near Panchpur, Trichy.The function was presided over by Indira Ganesan, President of the Tamil Nadu Goal Shot Ball Association, and Dr. G. Rajasekaran, Secretary of the Educational Institutions Group.. Vice Presidents S.P. Annamalai, P. Tamilvanan, K. Jayachandran, Mrs. A. Bhavani, Mrs. S. Jayanthi lit the lamp and delivered the welcome address.Trichy District Goal Shot Ball Association, President Dr. G. Balakrishnan, Vice President A. Stanley Vinoth, Joint Secretary Dr. R. Manickam, T. Singaravel delivered special speeches.The special guest was the Founder and General Secretary of the Indian Goal Shot Ball Association, Notla Rajendra Prasad, who lit the lamp and delivered the keynote address. The Vice Principal of the National College, Trichy, was also the special invitee.Prasanna Balaji, Jennis, Principal of Physical Education of the college Dr. Arulmozhi Saravanan, Treasurer of the Trichy District Goal Shot Ball Association C. Muruganantham and administrators of the Goal Shot Ball Association from Tamil Nadu were present at the function.A large number of people including the association’s administrators, sports referees, students and others participated. At the end, the General Secretary of the Tamil Nadu Goal Shot Ball Association, R. Karunakaran, proposed the vote of thanks.
